Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Campus Master by School Administrators, teachers, employees, students, parents/guardians and other authorized users. Institutional commercial terms are additionally governed by the Terms & Conditions and any applicable order, subscription or enterprise agreement.

1. Authorized access

You may use Campus Master only through an account or access method authorized by the relevant institution or Scooolio. Keep credentials confidential, use the correct institutional account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

2. Appropriate use

Use Campus Master only for lawful educational, administrative, communication and related institutional purposes. You must not misuse accounts, impersonate another person, bypass access controls, probe security, introduce malicious code, scrape data without authorization, disrupt the service or use information for an unauthorized purpose.

3. User and institutional content

Users and institutions remain responsible for information and content they submit or publish. They must ensure it is accurate where appropriate, lawful, suitable for the intended audience and supported by necessary rights, permissions and consents.

4. Campus Showcase, events and third-party platforms

Campus Showcase may display institution-provided text, images, photographs, video, audio, event material, livestreams, links and embedded media. An institution publishing such material represents that it has the necessary copyright, licence, publicity/privacy permissions and, where applicable, parent/guardian or other permissions required for students and minors.

Supported third-party media may include YouTube and other services enabled by Campus Master from time to time, such as Vimeo, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or similar platforms. Users must comply with the applicable third-party platform terms. Availability, playback, moderation, advertising, privacy practices and removal of third-party content are controlled in whole or in part by those providers. Campus Master does not acquire ownership of third-party content merely by linking or embedding it.

5. Intellectual property

Campus Master software, branding, interface, documentation and related proprietary material are owned by or licensed to Scooolio. Institutions and users retain rights they lawfully hold in their own content. No licence is granted beyond what is necessary to use the subscribed service.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but maintenance, internet/infrastructure conditions, third-party dependencies, security events or other circumstances may affect availability. Features may evolve, provided contractual commitments are respected.

7. Suspension

Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, unlawful use, material breach, protection of users or the platform, or compliance with law.

9. Governing framework

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable mandatory law and contractual dispute provisions, courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India will have jurisdiction.
