Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the institutional subscription and commercial use of Campus Master supplied by Scooolio Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. They apply together with the applicable order form, plan, invoice, proposal, enterprise/white-label agreement or other written commercial terms. If a signed agreement expressly conflicts with these online terms, the signed agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.
1. Institutional authority and acceptance
The person accepting these terms confirms that they are authorized to act for the institution. Campus Master may record the institution, accepting administrator, legal-pack version, acceptance date/time and security/audit information as evidence of acceptance.
2. Subscription and permitted use
The institution receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use subscribed Campus Master services during the applicable subscription term, subject to plan limits, enabled modules, payment and these terms. Enterprise and White Label services may have additional written terms.
3. Institution responsibilities
The institution is responsible for user administration, lawful collection and use of institutional data, accuracy of records under its control, appropriate permissions/consents, access management, content it publishes, and compliance with laws applicable to its educational operations.
4. Student and personal data
The parties will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection law and the Privacy Policy. The institution must ensure that it has a lawful basis, authority and required notices/permissions for data it directs Campus Master to process, including student and minor data. Scooolio will use institutional data to provide, secure, support and administer the service and for other purposes permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
5. Campus Showcase and media responsibility
The institution is responsible for content uploaded, linked, embedded, streamed or published through Events/Campus Showcase, including photographs, student images, videos, music, recordings, logos, text and third-party media. It must obtain all necessary copyright licences, performer/recording rights, privacy/publicity permissions and student/parent/guardian permissions where applicable.
Third-party platforms are independent services governed by their own terms. Scooolio may add, change or discontinue supported media providers where technically, contractually or legally necessary. Institutions must not submit arbitrary executable code or unauthorized embeds; only supported provider mechanisms may be used.
6. Fees, taxes and payments
Fees, billing cycle, taxes and plan limits are those shown in the applicable plan, invoice, proposal or agreement. Online payments may be processed through CCAvenue or another approved provider. A payment is treated as successful only when confirmed by the applicable payment workflow. The institution remains responsible for applicable charges despite bank/payment-provider delays or failed transactions.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any specific written subscription/enterprise terms. Statutory rights, where applicable, are not excluded.
8. Intellectual property
Scooolio retains rights in Campus Master, its source code, software, product design, trademarks, documentation and platform improvements. The institution retains rights it lawfully holds in its data and content. Except as expressly agreed for a White Label arrangement, no ownership in Campus Master technology or branding is transferred.
9. Confidentiality and security
Each party should protect confidential information using reasonable safeguards. Institutions must secure credentials and user permissions. Scooolio will maintain reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service.
10. Service changes and third-party dependencies
Campus Master relies on infrastructure and third-party services. We may make reasonable changes for security, compatibility, legal compliance and product improvement. Material reductions to contracted functionality will be handled according to the applicable commercial agreement.
11. Suspension and termination
Service may be suspended or terminated for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, required legal action or expiry/termination of the subscription, subject to applicable agreement and law. Data export/retention on termination is subject to the plan, agreement, technical processes and legal obligations.
12. Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided subject to the warranties expressly stated in the applicable agreement. Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any negotiated liability limits in an enterprise, white-label or signed agreement will apply to that arrangement.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through authorized representatives. Subject to applicable mandatory law and any agreed arbitration/dispute clause, courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India will have jurisdiction.
