Data Security & Protection
Campus Master is designed to support educational institutions that manage important administrative and personal information. This page summarizes our security approach; it is not a guarantee that any system is immune from risk.
1. Security measures
Depending on the deployed service and enabled features, measures may include authenticated access, role/institution scoping, password hashing, access-control checks, encrypted network transport provided by hosting infrastructure, audit/logging controls, database/infrastructure safeguards, backups, software maintenance and incident investigation procedures.
2. Shared responsibility
Institutions are responsible for choosing authorized administrators, maintaining accurate user access, promptly disabling departed/unauthorized users, protecting credentials and devices, and ensuring data is used only for approved purposes. Users must not share passwords or leave authenticated devices unattended.
3. Payments
Payment transactions may be handled by CCAvenue or another approved payment provider. Campus Master should retain only transaction/reconciliation information required for the service and should not be used to store full payment-card credentials.
4. Third-party services
Hosting, database, storage, email, payment and media providers have their own security responsibilities. We select and configure service providers appropriate to operational requirements, but third-party systems remain subject to their own terms, controls and risks.
5. Security incidents
Suspected unauthorized access or security incidents should be reported promptly to admin@scoooliotechnologies.com. We will assess reports and take steps appropriate to the circumstances and applicable legal/contractual requirements.
6. Responsible reporting
Do not publicly disclose or exploit a suspected vulnerability or access data that is not yours. Send sufficient information to allow us to investigate, without unnecessarily collecting or sharing personal data.
