Getting Started
Basic access and navigation guidance for Campus Master.
How do I sign in?
Use your institution code and your registered login identifier/password. Depending on the account, the identifier may be a username, mobile number or email address. Super Admin uses the separate platform administration login.
Why is a feature missing from my menu?
Feature availability depends on your user role, assigned permissions and the capabilities enabled for your institution. If you believe you should have access, contact your School Admin first.
Where should I start after a new institution is configured?
Complete the institution's academic/master setup, users and role assignments first. Then configure operational modules such as timetable, examination and fees as applicable to the institution.
School Administration
Guidance for institution-level administration.
What does the School Admin manage?
School Admin manages the institution's students, teachers, parents, academic setup, attendance administration, timetable, examinations, reports, fees where enabled, ID cards, announcements, notices, events and other enabled operational areas.
Can School Admin enable a module that is not available?
No. Institution-level capabilities are controlled at the platform level. School Admin can configure and operate modules that are enabled for the institution, subject to permissions and module-specific settings.
How should I use success and error messages?
After create, update, delete, import, finalize or configuration actions, read the confirmation shown by Campus Master before moving to the next step. If an action reports an error, correct the stated issue rather than repeating the submission.
Teacher
Common Teacher workflows in the PWA and teaching modules.
What can a teacher access?
Teacher access depends on assigned classes/subjects and enabled institution capabilities. Typical workflows include timetable, attendance, homework, examination marks and communication.
How does a Subject Teacher submit examination marks?
Open the relevant examination/class/subject, enter marks individually or use the supported Excel bulk workflow, validate the entries and submit them. Approved or locked marks cannot be casually overwritten.
What is the Class Teacher's examination responsibility?
The Class Teacher reviews submitted marks, handles corrections where required, approves the completed set and certifies the class marks. School Admin finalization is available only after the required review/certification is complete.
Student & Parent
Student/Parent PWA access and information.
What can Students and Parents see?
Depending on institution settings, the PWA can provide timetable, attendance, examination information/results, reports, fees, homework, communication, events and Campus Showcase. A Parent account can access linked children where configured.
Why can I not see a result?
Results become visible only when the institution completes the examination workflow and releases them. A finalized result may remain on Hold until School Admin releases it.
Why can I not see Fees or online payment?
The institution may have Fees disabled, may use Record & Report mode without online payment, or may not have Parent/Student online payment enabled. Contact the institution for the applicable payment method.
Attendance
Recording and reviewing student attendance.
Who records attendance?
Teachers record attendance for the classes available to them. School Admin can review and correct attendance through the administrative attendance views.
Why does historical attendance look different?
Older trial/demo records may reflect data created before current workflows were finalized. For operational use, rely on current records and the institution's verified attendance process.
Timetable
Class and Teacher timetable setup and viewing.
How is the current timetable structured?
Campus Master uses a slot-based timetable with periods, assembly and breaks. School Admin can manage schedules and use the supported class-wise Excel import workflow.
What happens when a timetable workbook is uploaded again?
For classes included in the workbook, the uploaded timetable replaces the existing schedule after validation. Classes not included in that workbook are preserved.
Homework
Homework creation, access and status.
How is homework used?
Teachers can create homework for the appropriate class/subject. Students can view assigned work through their available PWA features, and applicable submission/feedback information is tracked by the system.
Can School Admin report on homework?
Yes. The Reports Centre includes Homework Status reporting for the current reporting architecture.
Examination & Results
The current controlled marks-to-result workflow.
What does Finalize Result do?
Finalization calculates/stores the student's result after the required class review/certification is complete. Finalization does not automatically publish the result; it remains on Hold until released.
What is Hold / Release?
Hold withholds a finalized result from the Student/Parent view. Release makes the completed result available. A released result can be returned to Hold when necessary.
Can marks be uploaded in bulk?
Yes. The current Teacher workflow supports the examination Excel template/import process with roster and validation safeguards. Use the current template generated by Campus Master.
Fees
Fees availability and operating modes are institution-specific.
What Fees modes are available?
An institution can have Fees disabled, use Record & Report mode, or use Online Payments mode. Offline collection and institution QR/UPI options are separately configurable where applicable.
When does a QR/UPI payment reduce outstanding fees?
Institution QR/UPI is a verification-based workflow. A submitted reference/proof remains pending until authorized school staff verifies it. Only confirmed payments should reduce outstanding fees.
Is CCAvenue online payment available?
Campus Master includes the provider-neutral online-payment foundation with CCAvenue as the first provider. Actual online payment availability depends on the institution's configuration and valid provider credentials.
Where can I see fee transactions and receipts?
School Admin can use the Fees transaction/collection views and reports. Students/Parents can see their available fee position, instalment information and transaction history when Fees is enabled for their institution.
Reports
Operational reporting for School Admin.
Which reports are currently available?
The Reports Centre includes examination results, subject marks, attendance summary/detail, homework status, communication status and the existing student/parent/teacher/master reports. Fees reports are available with the current Fees architecture where applicable.
Do exports contain only what is visible on screen?
Use the report's filters to define the required dataset, then use the available export action. Export behaviour is intended for the filtered report dataset rather than being treated as a screenshot of the visible page.
ID Cards
Student and Teacher ID card setup and printing.
What can be configured on ID cards?
School Admin can configure supported Student/Teacher fields, institution logo/photo visibility, orientation, CR80 sizing, accent colour, front/back printing options and applicable back-side information.
How should ID cards be printed?
Use the ID Card print preview and A4 layout. Actual physical margins and front/back alignment can vary by printer, so verify a sample print before producing a large batch.
Communication, Announcements & Events
Use the appropriate communication channel for the intended audience.
What is Communication used for?
Communication supports role-appropriate institution conversations/messages where the feature is enabled. Availability follows institution capability and access rules.
What are Announcements and Notices?
They are institution-facing communication tools managed through the Announcement Panel. Use them for information intended for the institution's users rather than platform-wide Campus Master messages.
What are Global Broadcasts?
Global Broadcasts are created by Campus Master Super Admin for platform-level communication across institutions. They are separate from an individual institution's announcements/notices.
PWA / Mobile Use
Campus Master is currently delivered through responsive web/PWA experiences.
Do I need a native mobile app?
No. Current Student, Parent and Teacher experiences are designed for mobile-friendly web/PWA use. Available features depend on role and institution configuration.
Can Campus Master be used from a phone?
Yes. Open Campus Master in a supported mobile browser. Where the browser/device supports installation, the PWA can be added for an app-like experience.
Account, Security & Support
Password, support and policy guidance.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the available Forgot Password flow for your account. If you cannot recover access, contact your institution administrator. Institution-user password administration is handled by authorized administrators.
Who should I contact for help?
For student, academic, fee or institution-specific questions, contact your school/college first. For Campus Master product or technical assistance, email info@scoooliotechnologies.com.
Where are the legal and privacy documents?
Open About & Support to access Terms & Conditions, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Data Security & Protection, Acceptable Use, Refund & Cancellation, Cookie Policy and grievance information.
