Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every institution and user of Campus Master.

1. Permitted purpose

Use Campus Master for lawful educational, institutional, administrative, communication and related purposes authorized by your institution and subscription.

2. Prohibited activity

• Unauthorized access, credential sharing, impersonation or privilege escalation.
• Security testing, scanning, reverse engineering or circumvention without written authorization.
• Malware, harmful code, denial-of-service activity, automated scraping or excessive traffic.
• Uploading or publishing unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, abusive, exploitative or privacy-violating material.
• Using student, parent, teacher or institutional data for an unauthorized commercial, discriminatory, harassing or unrelated purpose.
• Submitting arbitrary scripts/iframes or unsupported third-party embed code.

3. Campus Showcase

Institutions must publish only content they are authorized to use. Music, photographs, recordings, logos, student images and third-party video may require separate rights or permissions. Linking to publicly accessible content does not by itself establish a right to republish it. Institutions must respect takedown requests and platform-specific terms.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate reported misuse and may remove/disable content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third parties or comply with law. Where practical, we will coordinate with the institution.
